The Nike Chosen Series is a Kicker comp for AMs. Win your country heat and we’ll take you to the ultimate park sessions where you’ll get ride alongside the Nike pros and their invited guests.

Just download and fill out your tour stop‘s registration form and bring it to the contest.
You‘ll find the registration form on each of the tour stop pages.

JUDGING CRITERIA

MVP - Not just bangers count, we also weight style, creativity, a deep bag of tricks and consistency for over-all impression. In addition we have 3 separate awards for Best Style, Most Creative and Best Girl.

OVERALL BEST TRICK WILD CARD – YOUR 2nd CHANCE TO ENTER THE FINAL

For all riders that didn’t win their country tour stop, NIKE will offer a chance to grab a wild card for the FINAL - NIKE CHOSEN SESSIONS. After each NIKE CHOSEN SERIES country stop, clips of the 3 best tricks (based on Nike judging) will be posted on nikechosenseries.com.
It’s then up to you to support the tricks and create buzz around your favourite clip. The Nike Pros & selected judges will pick their favourite trick on Feb 15th 2012 and will give away 1 additional entry to the FINAL – THE NIKE CHOSEN SESSIONS.
Get ready, show your support, like the video and big up your favorite AM trick.

DESCRIPTION

It’s all about a kicker session at one kicker setup consisting of two take-offs (6-8 m and 10-15m) and one bonk feature.

Oslo Vinterpark

This year Oslo Vinterpark has developed an entirely new arena alongside the Wyller slope. In cooperation with Nike, Oslo Vinterpark has developed the Oslo Backyard at the foot of the expansion with Norway’s only full season Superpipe. Alongside the superpipe there will also be a stairset, a rail line and its own lift access.

The Chosen Series hits up Sweden on the 14th of January! This all amateur kicker jam event will come to Funäsdalsbergets snowpark, “Park of the year 2011”. Guest judge Hampus Mosesson will decide on who will represent Sweden together with Kevin Bäckström in Austria. Add a specially built park and tons of other prices and you have a killer event. Sound too good to be true? Well we also have burgers!

Kronplatz (Plan de Corones) is a popular resort in the Dolomites and one of the most equipped ski resort in Italy and Europe. Kronplatz also hosts an amazing snowpark with facilities for every level of riding. Boxes where the beginners can learn their first tricks, stairs with rails or kickers with a flat of more than 20mt, and a lot more: the park is definitely among the best snowparks in Italy. The Chosen Series hits Vallnord, located in the core recognized mountains of Pyrenees on February 18, 2012! This all amateur kicker jam event will be hosted by Arinsal snowpark, allowing the most spectacular, enjoyable amateur kicker contest to deliver an exciting show with hardcore locals expecting the assault of Spain's top big air riders and will give you the opportunity of competing with your friends, having the chance to be chosen to travel to the final in Austria to compete against the Nike Pros, while filming a video for the CHOSEN video contest. With a BBQ party set to wrap-up the day, the last of eight qualifying stops on this year's Chosen Series is waiting for you.
